Ordered a BBQ, 6 days later the order hadn't been updated and had received no communication so chased them to be told the order couldn't be fulfilled and if I wish they would credit my account but only with 'Groupon Credits', they refuse to refund the funds to my bank card. Under Consumer rights this is illegally and extremely bad practice. I will of course be taking the matter further and reporting them to the Consumer Ombudsman.
From what I've read on their Facebook community and elsewhere this seems to be their normal illegal practice. Therefore, I strongly advise against giving your hard earned coin to this sham of a business!
