Hi. I bought several items from groupon, which have been fine. However, my recent purchase of a Daewoo microwave, kettle and toaster set for £104 (on offer) has not been a good experience. The microwave did not heat up my food from the first day i got it (Saturday 11th April 2020), in fact it blows out no hot air at all, only cold.
I got in touch with groupon customer services and was told to send a picture of the fault. Obviously I could not do this as it is not a physical fault but a fault that cannot be shown on a picture! I voiced this to customer services in my reply email and was stilla sked to send a picture. I sent a picture of the microwave, which will not show a fault for obvious reasons. I am awaiting another reply but feel that this is a ridiculous request and should be dealt with in a different way to standard complaints! If i do not receive a refund or replacemnt for the microwave i will NEVER shop at groupon again!!
