"We can offer you Groupon live bucks with the added bonus that they never expire" I'm sorry, what? How is that acceptable? So now I'm your bank? Because there is no way that the plays won't be refunding your money. It's irresponsible, especially in a time of crisis like this, to be completely inflexible and unaccommodating in time where most corporations are understanding of the type of inconvenience that is going on everywhere at this time. "You can use your Groupon Live bucks to support a local business". Oh no you don't. Don't try to get some positive PR on this. Shameful. Not a good look Groupon.
