Scamming people even during Corona!
Not giving money refund for the events that got cancelled due to PANDEMIC!
They never even sent an email to inform us that the event got cancelled and to offer a refund. Saying voucher expired on the day of the event?!
Disrespectful, unprofessional, untrustworthy and taking advantage of the current situation and stealing money from people is outrageous!
Ignoring requests for refund and on top of it still encourage you to shop with them with points they so generously would give you, and then wondering if the item will ever arrive! no, thank you.
No manager, no responsible person to be forwarded to, nothing. big 0 of "business"
And bank of Scotland doesn't want to cancel and refund payment because "voucher expired".
