I purchased 3 concert tickets in February, for a concert in September. I paid In full, with a Credit Card.
Groupon Cancelled the event on May 26. I DID NOT CANCEL THIS !!!
GROUPON DID !!!
They would NOT refund my money, only issuing “Groupon Credits” to only be used ONLY on Groupon !
Groupon has proven to be VERY unreliable. I never know what, or IF I will receive what I think I am ordering . For this reason, I NO LONGER want to do ANY business with Groupon.
I want my money refunded to my credit card, so I can use it to do business with a reputable company instead of Groupon.
