Ordered an outdoor prep station on May 25. Charges went through immediately. I got an email on Jun 3 saying be patient, shipping delay due to COVID. Did online chat 6/15. Finally admitted item not in stock but due to new COVID POLICY can only give me bucks. Chatted quite a while asking to show me policy. Could not show me. You can not collect money and three weeks later tell me out of stock and only offer me bucks. This was not due to me cancelling. Shame on Groupon!!! How do they even get away with this.
