I ordered an item from Groupon a couple of months ago, which I was informed may have a delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 epidemic. It never arrived. Upon chasing it up a month or so later I was informed that Groupon did not know it's whereabouts as it had 'been too long' and therefore could not refund me or otherwise resolve the issue. Outrageous really, luckily it wasn't anything significantly expensive, I won't be ordering from them again.
