I can't stand Groupon. I ordered a phone that had a number of issues. This whole complaint is long winded and there's so many side stories as well but the point is that Groupon was far from helpful. Three weeks of begging and pleading (via chat/email because they hide and talking on the phone is not an option) and trying to fix the issue, on my end only because they were far from helpful, the problem still exists and all they can offer is 50 buddy bucks that come with their own set of rules. Cool. Glad I spent hundreds of dollars on a phone that I've yet to receive. I'll never use this service again. It would be one thing if a mistake was made and then fixed but they refuse to help or even acknowledge the mistake made on their end and have shown zero interest in fixing the problem they caused.
