Nov. 2023 nen Laptop gemietet.. Der wurde Versand.. is hier nie angekommen..
Nach 7 Monaten haben sie das mal geschafft den Status. "Versendet" zu ändern.. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mit einen Gekauft.
Jetzt bekomme ich ne Nachricht mein Gemieteter Laptop ist auf dem Weg zu mir. (Wieder der von Nov 2023)
Ohne das ich noch mal mieten wollte... keine Möglichkeit für Storno oder sonst was... kein Kundenservice.. nur nen schlechter Chat Bot... mies..
