Unfortunately, on this occasion, Grover has disappointed me. Previously, I received rented items new in an unopened box, and the rental item was in good condition. However, this time I had to cancel the contract immediately. The box was in poor condition: dirty, sticky, and ripped. This is only a box, but it is the first impression customers get from GROVER. The tablet was not packed in the protective sleeve. Noticeable damage was present on the backside of the device, indicating the previous customer did not take care of it. GROVER should exercise more care in quality control.
