Erst total toller Support, dann auf einmal Sachen, die in Rechnung gestellt werden, die so gar nicht stimmen können. Defekte Geräte versenden und danach Geld verlangen, find ich sehr bedenklich und eine unverschämte Masche. Klar muss man Verluste wieder einholen, aber durch Abzocke? Schwierig.
Bin sehr enttäuscht und würde Grover nicht erneut in Anspruch nehmen und Bekannten davon abraten.
