Das Gerät kam bei mir mit fettigen Fingerabdrücken, an der Außenseite der Kopfhörer, an und war nicht auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt worden. Es gab ein Problem mit der Software, was ich dann eigenständig beheben musste, weil ich es ja sofort nutzen wollte und die Reaktion vom Kundensupport zu lange gedauert hätte.
Alles in allem hatte ich schon bessere Erfahrungen mit Grover gehabt und werde mir das nächste Mal besser überlegen, ob ich etwas bestelle.
