I was called by one of GBG booking team less then 24 hours before the day of my daughter's 11th birthday, to cancel and rearrange the party. We came to an agreement to go ahead with the party but at a later time on the same day. However on the day of the party I regret to say the host did not attend, which left 8 girls very upset and disappointed. I didn't have any contact from GBG until the first day of the following week. All apologetic stating that they would refund my deposit but it has to go to management. I have little faith that i will receive my deposit refund.
