Hi Simon, I am a new customer of a certain age. I have recently used the perks app provided from my work place to order some of your products for my granddaughters as part of their Christmas gifts. Children are more aware of sustainability, less use of animal tested products and of course they don't want plastic in their lives. Your products are really lovely and fragrant without all the additives, packaging is great too so no complaints about how they arrived except for one little issue with the massage bar it is a bit crumbly when you open the box and bits have broken away in transit, or maybe some better packaging inside the box?? Like a parchment type of paper to wrap it in first I don't know I'm just a consumer not a manufacturer, but otherwise I love these products and there packaging. Well done thank you Elizabeth McAuley
