Mediocre. First one was requesting I create an Xbox account on a cross save system I was unsure about, but was at least respectful enough to understand my thoughts on it and back off as they put me in the back of the queue and kindly apologized. The second one while communication skills were ok about when they'd get started treated the nightfall like Dream treated a Minecraft Speedrun, but I still feel like I was the one cheated. They ignored all champions and only got the blues and one legendary chest plate. If that's how the service is supposed to be, you can say something about it in your description for running just GM and not charge nearly 60 bucks for it. To reiterate: first guy wanted cross save but eventually understood my concern and acquiesced my request to not do it, and the second felt like a cheated Speedrun that the whole community would cringe at
