Typically these guys do a great job, this wasn't one of them. I pre-ordered a day one dungeon completion which would qualify me for a sniper rifle and I think a day one emblem. The team was not able to complete it on day one and didn't complete it until later on day two. Guardian did refund the price difference between a day one and contest completion promptly. But it was still disappointing.
