I started an enquiry about a Gucci backpack that I bought on Apr 23, 2022, from the Amsterdam airport location and since then I have hardly used it for 3-4 times and it’s shoulder strap started coming out of the base. I was told that if I register my email, Gucci provides lifetime warranty and provides easy repairs or replacement if anything is wrong with the bag. After one month I was told that they will send me the gift card to be used exclusively in US stores and no where else which is ridiculous since there is no store in my state and I am moving to UK in November for good. I asked them to provide a feasible solution but haven’t heard back in a week.
This is the most terrible customer service that I could have expected from a high end designer brands like Gucci..
