It’s crazy how this is the only platform to write a review for their online service
It’s horrible
I ordered a tie 3 weeks in advance
After waiting a week and a half, there was no update
So I contacted the customer service
That’s only when I found it was out of stock online so they would have a store reach out to me
The employee text me at 10am saying she’s going to set up everything for the tie
At 4:30 pm I ask for update
She writes oppssss I can’t find it and we expedite shipping
So I got back to the online service and tell them what happened
They said they’ll have another store reach out to me
No one ever does
After now 3 weeks when I needed the item I reach out to Gucci to tell them how disappointing their online services is
Guess what…no response
So I am no longer buying Gucci in store or online
