If I could give no stars I would - that’s how bad the online service has been! 😡😤
Ordered a pair of earrings online that showed to be in stock, received confirmation of order email, but didn’t receive the items! Turns out when I PHONED THEM, that they’d cancelled the order as they weren’t in stock after all (apparently problem with their website). I received no apology & despite me raising a complaint they’ve refused to acknowledge their error! I’ve ended up having to pay for express delivery from Selfridges (as they were a birthday gift for a friend)
My advice, don’t use the online service- use a partner (such as Selfridges, whose customer service is excellent) instead!
