I saved money to purchase a bag and in anticipation I met the Federal Express rep at the door. I noticed the box was a little small but thought but the FedEx courier said that was the box Gucci sent. I opened it and instead of it being a bag it was a pair of sunglasses. I contacted customer service and the called was answered by someone named Lena who is the WORST customer service rep I've encountered in years. She brushed my issue off as I purchased a $10 purse from Walmart. She asked for photos of what I received and I sent right away. She didn't received immediately and I asked her to wait as there is a long wait time when dialing in. She was very reluctant to hold. After she confirmed receipt she expressed it could take 7 days to research the claim. I asked for further explanation and expressed I wanted to hear something in a couple of days. Other than looking at the photos not sure what would take 7 days. They offered to send a return label and to get their product back but
wasn't too concerned about me getting the correct order. When asked I was told they would expedite my bag once they received. That is not favor
