I do not understand their return policy. I purchased a belt online and returned it in the store. The sale associate just gave a sticker on the previous receipt and told I should get my refund in 7 days.. but I was so confused because the guy didn’t give me any receipt and neither he explained why it takes so long to get the money back ,..After asking him, he said he has to send it back to the estore.. then I called the customer service to find out what really happened. the lady on the phone said the sticker has a tracking number I can track the return with that . I was like ok thanks.. after 2 days I was going to track that return using the tracking number but I couldn’t find any options in the Gucci website to track ..I googled it and found a link..I put in the number given, it doesn’t give any information... so I contacted the customer service via chat.. I was told they will get back to me after contacting the store.. it’s been 4 days since then I still can’t haven’t heard from them and I still can’t track the return.. . I am confused !!!
