Guinness Partnership H/A *poor landlords* Guinness Partnership has to be the worst H/A about,we've been tenants for over 10 years had plenty of antisocial behavior & death threats & attempted unlawful entry where the neighbour was dealt with by the Police afterwards our liaison officer has treated us badly the CEO came up to MK under the request of a local councillor because of so many cases of antisocial behavior & drug related issues other tenants have had to put up with in the MK area it was only then our household found out & was offered to be put on a medical transfer because of my wifes deteriorating health because of the environment we live at because of neighbours it's quite annoying to think that several agencies are involved with my wifes well being along with their backing letters for a move including paid Doctors letters that Guinness haven't taken seriously as we've been on the list for two years or more,we still have the harassment & intimidation from neighbours & the powers that be that we should be able to trust have & still let us down.My advice to anyone is have a good think about ever being a tenant with Guinness H/A,in the meantime if anyone from Guiness reading this would like to help our case before my wife starts taking backward steps again with her health where we nearly lost her in 2019 because she was so upset living here & alter my opinion & expierences of my landlord please do pay attention.If it was possible our overall score would be nil.
