It's taken me over 2 years to sort my problem.i was promised someone would contact me within ,48 hours but never did .ignored my letters.made so many phone calls and sent so many emails with no response.i received a letter from a senior advisor admitting i have been treated badly by guinness.it was the biggest mistake of my life going into shared ownership.you have to pay for all your repairs and they own a big part of the house.biggest rip off company on the planet.you pay a service charge which is a bloody joke.i have just received a letter from them saying i have. Been charged for gardening services i have never received as we do our own.i can only describe this company as a joke. .
