Worst HA ever. They treat tenants with contempt, ignore health & saftey concerns, breach tenant confidentiality, ignore clutter and im staggered at the illiteracy level amoungst a lot of their so called housing officers who are there to get a pay cheque and shirk their actual responsibilities.
