What a pathetic plastic company, been waiting now for five years for a wall thermostat for room temperature absolutely no excuse, boiler is on last leg and sounds like it's ready for take off, excuse after excuse by incompetent amateurs, wish I'd listened and heeded advice not to join this pathetic makeshift untrustworthy lot.
