Each time I visit the store with any guitar related issues or inquiries, the staff are immediately willing to offer advice. Their individual and collective knowledge is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Each one of them are willing to ring up manufacturers there and then to inquire about my inquiry. If a question i ask is particularly difficult to answer there and then, they search or ring up various contacts to answer that question later in the week. When testing amps they methodically go through each amp that they think would compliment your playing style until you find the right one for you, no matter if it takes hours. They tell you the definitive detail of each amp so that it is almost tailored for your playing needs. They take interest in your guitar preferences and suggest models that i might like when i next visit the store. luckily i have the same taste as they do. When i purchased my Godin lgxt they prioritised that order as it was difficult to complete as the first one sent was lost during the shipping process, despite this they wouldn't give in until my order arrived. Likewise when i purchased my PRS custom 24, they told me about them as they thought i might be interested in them.
