I used to love Gumtree but it's really changed in the most recent remake. It seems they are trying to monetise everything and what I really liked about it originally is that it was easy to use and free. I especially dislike being invited to review a buyer that I've only had a tiny amount of contact with. This seems really unfair and adds a level of stress that is totally counterproductive and unwarranted. I think they must be losing buyers because things no longer sell quickly and prices are rock bottom. I'd rather take stuff to the tip which I feel bad about but who needs more stress in their lives ?
