Gave them a 10 rating concerning the work they did. Called for an appointment for estimate. They were here within one day. Agent was helpful while as I told him our request. We had a proposed estimate within the hour. Had a comprehensive quote the next day via email. We made a change or two to our request. This was done easily. Compatible date was set up for the work.( Within 2 weeks or so) Before they arrived, our contact suggested we wait until spring to do the power washing of the bricks and deck as it was late in the season. Made sense, so we postponed that until spring. Crew was cordial, efficient and professional. They worked together in a timely fashion. They scrubbed a very dirty house and made it the vinyl look great. ( I didn't know it was as bad as it was.) One side of the house was very difficult to get clean. They will bring another tool back in the spring and redo it with no charge. They will do this when they return to do the deck and patio. They scrubbed the outside windows and frames. The windows just glow! The eave troughs were cleaned and gutter guards were installed. This too was done effectively and efficiently. When the work was done, the invoice was received via email before they left and I was able to issue a cheque at that point to pay for the work rendered. The charges were in compliance with the original quote. We are very pleased with the outcome and greatly appreciate the advice re finishing the job next spring when weather is better.
