Gutters cleared (obviously) - 2 bags of sludge as evidence, along with video - but also they pointed out a broken roof tile which is the likely suspect of water ingress, as we’d noticed damp appearing on a ceiling; Roofer now engaged. Communication good - they gave plenty of notice that they’d likely not be able to come whilst we were experiencing recent sub-zero temperatures (as the gutter detritus would be frozen and unable to be hoovered out). Very friendly folk attending. Think it’s 3rd or 4th time we’ve engaged this company, thoroughly recommend them.
