I first knew of GutterPro from an add on social media. I was desperate for I'd asked for quotes and people wouldn't do the job as they reported that scaffolding was necessary. As soon as I sent them a message asking if they could do the job, they replied within the hour! I gave them details of my worries: lane too narrow, scaffolding might be needed, they haven't been cleaned for a long time, access from my neighbours' property needed, the list was long, and they simply said not a problem. I then proceeded to send pictures as I thought their quote may need adjusting and it did, by a fraction, below the original number! They gave me a date that suited me, the team arrived on time, not much equipment needed and got on with the job swiftly. Pictures were taken before they cleaned and after. More over, I asked if it was possible to take a look at my roof with their equipment as some debris came down whilst they were cleaning, there was no hesitation on their part. Needless to say that scaffolding was not needed, thank goodness!! I can't praise GutterPro enough and I highly recommend them for their professionalism, friendliness and excellent service!
