A very efficient service by friendly people who did not leave anything to chance! In other words, very systematic 'well oiled machine' procedures! The option for customers to open an 'online account' with GW, that amongst other things shows 'Milestones' indicating progress, is a very good idea! It should make progress enquiry phone calls unnecessary and therefore save client's and GW's time. My feedback to the designer of the 'Milestones' is it should be 'tweaked' to make it completely clear and obvious to 'dummies' like me what is the purpose of the black pop-ups appearing before that milestone has been reached?
