Absolutely disgusting do not buy from this company Placed an order and 13 days later still never received a dispatch email or anything, I emailed the company numerous times to keep getting a generic email that says please wait 5 more days. I waited 5 more days sent another email and then got the same generic email. I emailed again and asked for a refund to be sent the same email again saying wait 5 days im so angry about the whole thing. You can't call customer service as it says the line is closed so all you can do is email. Im now out of pocket for Christmas with no delivery and no refund I don't know how they can do this to their customers. I have opened an appeal now with PayPal so hopefully will get money back but that probably won't be until summer lol so upsetting to be treated like that
