I first contacted H2 property services on 12th January. On the 9th February after multiple failed visits they have finally fixed 2 toilets which did not flush properly and have serviced our boiler at a total cost of £580.00.
Despite known and obvious mobility issues requiring the need to have a working downstairs toilet, we seemed to be a low priority.
The team are all very pleasant, but this has not been a good experience for us.
