Purchased a reactor which turned faulty a month later. She was very nice to me when she assumed I was there to purchase another and turned nasty when I asked for a replacement. I asked for a receipt and was offered a scribble on a piece of lined paper.
Was promised an email invoice which never materialised. Nice to you when you’re spending money, but the worst customer service if anything goes wrong. AVOID.
There are much better online retailers to use!
