I had purchased a microwave (S38.01.071) on 27th July, 2019 which has stopped working.
I have tried raising complaints numerous times, for which I got no proper response. The company keeps sending people to “check” the microwave, however no action has been taken on it whatsoever.
I am highly dissatisfied with the services you have provided.
The microwave has not performed as it should have. This model was one of the high ends model that the company had at the time.
After various attempts, I got through and I contacted your customer care department (Request number: IN_A220824-722)and informed them about the faulty machine.
They told me that the company has stopped the manufacturing of this particular model long back (near the time of my purchase)
This product is still under warranty for another 1 year (till 2023, refer the attachments). I am eligible for the free repairing/ replacement that it needs.
I do not wish to, nor will I pay any cash on its repairing/ replacement. It is none of my concerns that the company manufactures this model or not.
As a customer, I expect the promises that the company has made to be kept.
It is your responsibility to resolve the matter. You cannot expect the customer to pay for the services while the product is still in warranty period.
I am happy to send any more documents needed. Do let me know.
I expect that you repair the microwave at no cost to me or get it replace with a new one.
This has been going on since a few days now, and I expect you to act on it on urgent and immediate basis.
Everything that has been going on is not acceptable at all.
