My hob glass cracked before 10days. I raised the complain soon after that. Then technician came on third day to check. After that they said we will check with glass available. But no reply so I only called customer and ask, then they replied that glass is not available so we have to replace the whole hob. I said ok for that too. Again no response. Ehen I called again they said it is gor approval. Still after 5 days its on approval only. I only use to call daily and ask. Had kids and senior citizens at home, having food from outside from past 10 days. They are not feeling well and taking medicine for stomach issues. Their service is very bad. Just gor approval they need this whole time and days. Horrible. Think before buying products from hafele
