Disappointing Experience with Hefele Re Twist Push Lock (483) I purchased the Hefele Re Twist Push Lock (483) on May 23, which was installed on June 23. Initially, the product seemed satisfactory, but its quality and after-sales service were severely lacking. After a few months, the knob at the back started coming loose and falling off regularly. I lodged a complaint on November 23 (Complaint No. C231102130672-1). Although their service engineer repaired the issue within the warranty period, the problem recurred around October 24. To my surprise, the company asked me to replace the complete back portion of the lock at an exorbitant cost of ₹15,000+, which is more than half the cost of the digital lock. I reluctantly paid the amount, and it's been 15 days since I'm waiting for the replacement. Fortunately, I had an emergency exit; otherwise, I would have been in a precarious situation. The company boasts about its product, but in reality, it seems like a cheap Chinese product. Beware before making a purchase.
