I did initially leave a review saying that the parcel took forever to come - I paid £4 for delivery that took 8 days to arrive because the courier (APC) was so rubbish and didn't actually knock on my door, and every time I called them up to get the delivery address changed to my work address, it didn't work, so I called them again to change the safe place, and they said it needed signature, then said it didn't, then I called them another 3 times and they kept telling me different information. It finally arrived, and upon opening it, its only part of what I was hoping to receive, as it didn't say on the website anywhere that it only works in conjunction with some sort of developing gel. Though not the fault of the company, I'd love to send it back, because I literally can't use it and am definitely not ordering the other item because I'll not receive that for another week, but I so cannot be bothered to deal with all of the hassle of sending the unused package back to them, after seeing how terrible the courier was. The item was only £2.77, and £4 for the worst delivery service I've ever seen. £6.77 for the biggest headache ever :((((((
