The ordering system is so easy now. I hate going online and booking so recently, since communicating with Josh in particular I just write down what I need, send a picture via email and get sent a link for payment. Soooo much easier. Josh is always so friendly on the phone and has helped me a few times and with ease. No patronising tone of voice or anything which you can get from companies helplines! Thank you so much Josh.
