I made a purchased I bought the hair loss shampoo set and the first time I used while I was in the shower alot of hair was falling but alot I got so scared and that never happened to me before so I immediately send an email and pictures and the person who took care of me via email said it was going to let me know and then later send me an email saying that they were going to refund me and that I can keep the prpducts I told them I wanted to send them back but they said keep it and then I just received like 33 dollars back to my credit card so I contacted them and asked them what happened and they just told me is it okay if we give you store credit I said I would prefer back to my original payment method but is okay I was willing to work things out so they gave me 63 dollars store credit but then I ordered a hair brush and some peptides drops and after a few days they send me an email saying sorry we don't have it we will refund you and I asked if they can please refund me the full amount back to my credit card and they didn't want to I contacted better business beaure and they haven't responded mayraki have yhe worst customer service after letting them know and sending proof they don't care about your health and they want to force you to buy something knowing that it didn't work for you and their website it says that 30 day return policy and I contacted them immediately so I don't understand why they are doing all this and if you call the number always says that theres no customers available to take your call they don't answer my emails nothing
