I found the website via google so didn't know what to expect. We ordered duck, beef joint and lamb ribs along with some groceries a few days ago and I must say that everything exceeded my expectations. To start with, the person handling my order (Mr. Mohamed) was extremely friendly and helpful in every possible way. A very professional service. I needed next day delivery and that wasn't a problem. Prices were a bit on the high end but worth it I believe. It was delivered around noon the next day which was perfect and very well packed with ice packs and in an insulated box. We also got a follow- up call to make sure all was delivered well and as expected. The meat and duck were all well cleaned and well packaged and presented. They also tasted amazing msA. All in all, a great experience al hamdoli Allah and looking forward to our next order isA.
