This was my first experience with Halfords.
I took my car for an appointment to fit 2 new tyres. Appointment was for 13.30.
Car being taken and put on the ramp, but 30 minutes later i receive a call from member of staff saying my tyres is not arrived yet and i need to wait indefinite time. It takes 4 hours for job to be done. Why need to book appointment and pay in advance for service which can not be done in time, why Halfords can not communicate with costumers about any delays before customer come and leave car with them? Disappointed! Job itself done well.
