Wait 1 hour 20 minutes and the car has still not been looked at. What is the point in booking and paying form an MOT if they just take your money and do nothing? Absolutely useless management system, over booking in the pursuit of profit and useless, lazy, slow, poorly motivated technicians. Ended up taking the hit for £38 and will get MOT done at Quick Fit.
