I took my vehicle to Durham , Arnison Auto centre today to have an aircon diagnostic check carried out today and I have to say I have never been as disappointed in the service I received today and to give them 1 star is more than they deserve. The Manager Andy has very poor customer service skills and was not prepared to take on board anything I had to say. The first issue I have is they did not diagnose the fault and could only advise I go to another garage for further diagnostics. The second issue which is more concerning is that my system was full of gas as only just re-gassed at a cost 0f £120 and when my vehicle has been returned to me they have removed leaving no gas in the system at all. Not sure if this is the standard practice from Halfords auto centres but I would definately advise everyone to stay clear of the Durham centre.
