Whilst fitting a shock absorber the Halfords garage broke my windscreen. They are offering to replace it with a generic rather than branded windscreen. Almost two weeks later and I can't get to speak with anyone senior to authorise branded replacement, just keep getting stalled whilst the senior managers hiding behind the unfortunate call centre staff.
Looks like we may be off to the County Court!
