AVOID at all costs.
My appointment was at 0830. Due to London traffic I arrived 6mins late. I then waited a couple of minutes to be seen, at which point I said, "Hi sorry I'm a little late, I have an MOT booked for 0830".
The manager said, "Not anymore you don't. You've missed your slot."
I questioned this, highlighting the new set of roadworks on Gunnersbury lane, and I was only 9mins late (at this point). He said if I had been 5minutes late that would have been okay, but 10minutes late he has to reschedule. I mentioned that I had been waiting for a couple of minutes and that my MOT was expiring today.
He didn't care. The next appointment would be a week later.
I will NEVER use Halfords again and strongly advise others to avoid.
