I went to Halfords in Hounslow and that was my huge mistake one of the biggest disaster in my life very impolite guy seating in from or desk when I asked if I can get copy of my car service he said to me they don't have it.
I paid 195 for annual service and nobody want to give me any information copy of car service.
They changed me for changing engine oil but nobody change my oil so rude and impolite service
