They then contacted me to say the wishbone arms needed replacing (£243.88) I refused this as needed the car ASAP to get it back to another garage for it's MOT retest. A few days later I booked my car into a local garage to get the wishbone arms replaced and after dropping the car off they called and said the wishbone arms were fine and didn't need replacing at all! Had I agreed to this work over the phone, I'd have been £243.88 out of pocket for a part that didn't actually need replacing!! (I'll update this review as soon as this part is replaced) And who knows if the part would've actually been changed. I've tried complaining and so far I've been completely fobbed off whilst different managers all attempt to cover for each other (Despite me having the paperwork from them that states 'Front bush excessively worn' I'll never use a Halfords Autocentre again after this.
