I have spoken with the Senior Manager for the area regarding your claim, we have both agreed that a brake fluid change being conducted would not cause an issue with the timing belt. The belt is concealed within the engine unit and would not need to be touched during a brake fluid change. At this point in time, we would not accept liability for any issues present with the timing belt, however, we would be more than happy to obtain quotes for you should you wish to get this repaired through ourselves.
