Exceptional telephone, then personal communication at depot with Matty who was helpful, knowledgeable, informative and a competent professional. He attended to 'a number of' the needs of my car ( tyres. brakes. rear wiper )and rapidly completed the tasks in hand. I was most impressed and reassured by his manner and understanding of my concerns.
